Sponsorship Guidelines

Individual ($175) and Dual Sponsorships ($87.50 each) available.
Both sponsorships include


  • Your business highlighted on the Ladies Luncheon website, email blasts and Facebook page

  • 6 ft table at entrance to feature your business – space is shared at a dual sponsorship level

  • Admission to Ladies Luncheon

  • Exclusivity on placing items on each place setting

  • Provide center pieces for each table (usually 6-8 centerpieces) - Use your own creativity - They will be part of our raffle


Individual Sponsorship receives a 12-minute presentation. 10 minutes to present and 2 minutes for questions and testimonies.

Dual Sponsorship
Share your time with a power partner! If you would like to share your time, Laurie will team you up with someone that also would like to share sponsorship. You’ll each receive 6 minutes each - 5 minutes for presentation, 1 minute for questions and testimonies.

Any additional people to assist you will need to register for the Luncheon as usual. Please arrive by 10:45am to setup your table and place flyers on place settings. Full payment must be received to hold your space. Thank you and we look forward to your presentation.

The following are optional: 

10 SPECIAL LEAD OPPORTUNITIES
We will give you the opportunity to include 10 (5 for dual sponsorship) giveaways for a special sponsor raffle. These could include gift cards, a consult with you, or whatever you like. We will pull names from our hot sheet.

POWERPOINT SLIDE
You also can provide a PowerPoint slide that will be displayed on the two screens during your presentation and rolling throughout our event. Specs for PowerPoint slide are 1920px Wide x 1080px High -- 72 DPI and jpg file format. Please submit to [email protected] at least one week before the event.
